Holiday Inn Express & Suites TWIN FALLS by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Under construction! No pool, no spa, no elevator! Had to drag suitcase up to the second floor. We’d been driving all day- over 9 hours and we were exhausted. We were told at check in we could book a different hotel if we wanted. I was too tired to go through the hassle.

It was great

It was fine until 3:00 in the morning I went outside and came back to my room to see that our door don’t close all the way and it didn’t latch! I immediately woke up my husband and we packed up and checked out! Told the person at the front desk and he didn’t act like he cared! My husband is disabled and we reserved a king size bed and received two queen beds! I’m very unhappy with my stay!

They were doing a remodel on the main floor but staff was great and it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience

Overall it was a nice new room. However there was no hair dryer and leak inthe sink. The jacuzzi was broken and the pool was freezing. Im sure once construction is done it be better.

Did not know the property was undergoing renovations. Can’t even go in the front door, flooring being replaced, dusty and tripping hazards. The renovation warning is on the hotel website but Expedia did not pass that along to us. Had we known before had we would not have stayed here.

Frightening. Random check in in the hallway. Construction going on so you have to use a side door.

This property is under construction and is dirty because of it. Also, we booked a room with a king bed and was given a room with 2 queen beds, when I asked about the room we booked, I was told they are overbooked and this is the only room available.

Thaw parking situation wasn’t the best. Everything else was fine.

Problematic is the word for this. My sheets were stained and thread bare. I was given a new set, to change myself. Another member of our party was given a room that was already occupied. There was construction goung on, which is fine, but the workers left the door open and were coming in and out to the breakfast area and it was 27*.

The staff was friendly. The facility looked like it was being renovated.

It was not advertised that the hotel was under renovation, yet we were charged the typical rate. The room was clean, but furniture was in sad condition; the only elevator was totally covered in cardboard and duct tape.

It's close to downtown. Easy to walk to the Greenbelt. Food options are great close by. Staff friendly and clean hotel. Our refrigerator was noisy and the shower didn't get very hot water.

Parking was a little restricted due to remodeling but everything was great!! Will be staying again next year

Everything was great but the pool and the hot tub were DISGUSTING. Absolutely filthy. There was almost fur growing everywhere in the hot tub. Highly disappointed in that.

Disappointing Stay at Holiday Inn Express, Twin Falls, Idaho I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Twin Falls, Idaho, and unfortunately, it was a rather disappointing experience. The hotel itself seemed in serious need of maintenance. The pool area was particularly concerning, as it was dirty, and the hot tub was not working during our stay. To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell in the pool area. Our room wasn’t cleaned well either, with the bathroom being the most noticeable issue. The ceiling had visible water damage, which gave the impression that upkeep wasn’t a priority. Breakfast was also underwhelming and didn’t meet the standard I expected. Overall, the hotel is in need of a major update and more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Sadly, I cannot recommend this location at this time.
