Holiday Inn Express & Suites WARWICK-PROVIDENCE (AIRPORT) by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The towels were scratchy and institution like. Water shut off during the day for entire hotel.

It's a decent hotel for what it is. It's an express close to the airport in a not very attractive portion of Warwick. The rooms are kind of sterile. Not very attractive. TVs are old and run on old school dish Network channels. There's a pool but it's pretty small. The gym is pretty much three exercise bikes one bench and a few dumbbells. But, like I said it's kind of what you expect from this. I rented a king suite. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great. There's a nice little living room area, two TVs total. A good desk area. It was spacious. It's cleanly enough. It's just not screaming new or fancy or luxury. The staff is very friendly though and they are on call 24/7. And the breakfast is pretty decent. For what it is, the price is right. Just don't expect a high class experience with a lovely view

This place feels stale and dirty. We were not comfortable at all and could not wait to leave. It was overpriced for the kind of room and facility we got, and it is.

1 elevator out of service room not made up when requested

Staff didn’t talk much, tv didn’t work and that was an amenity that was offered and didn’t get fixed after I mentioned it to the front desk and I still paid full price. We liked the saline pool. 1 elevator was down and there was only stairs from upstairs to outside for emergencies only. Very inconvenient. Had long waits to get around the hotel

This property is old and the room had a lot if damage. I would never stay there again. The room was over $300. It was disgusting.

It is ok for an overnight stay. The bathroom was dirty and we even found dirty gun by the coffee machine. The hotel is dated. Wouldn't return

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, which was concerning and uncomfortable. Even more disappointing was the cold and unwelcoming attitude of the staff. we did get the refund 50%

Room was not cleaned. Dirty towels, garbage was left, bed was not made up. Terrible condition. Unfriendly manager and staff. Will not go back to this hotel ever.

In the last few years, we have stayed at several of the hotels near TF Green airport. This is our preferred, go-to location of the 4 we’ve stayed at.

I can’t believe smoking is allowed here. We walked out and smokers in bench. Then they came in to breakfast buffet smelling.
