Very clean great breakfast but unfortunately the pool wasn't open which was the main reason we booked and they had very friendly staff.

Room was very nice and clean. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was better than expected. Thought it was only continental breakfast but was eggs, sausages, potatoes, biscuits & gravy plus other things. Within walking distance to very good and reasonably priced Italian Restaurant. Friendly staff at front desk.

Can always count on quality with comfort suites

The entire place was a wreck as it is being heavily remodeled. Few amenities were actually available, in particular the morning breakfast. There was construction debris and filth tracked all over the lobby, elevators, hallways, on all floors. We did not have running water for over 80% of our stay, so we were unable to even take showers or ise the toilets. There was no warning about this at any point during the booking process, no notice given by the clerk at check in, no apologies at any point during the stay, and they refused to discount the stay.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations. Inconvenient but understandable. Pool and fitness center were closed and being worked on. However, the hotel made no attempt to partner with a local facility for guests who wanted to use these amenities. This would not have been a big deal for a one night stay but I was there for three days. Bummer.

Niuce beds. We slept well.

We have used this hotel a lot, and it has large, clean rooms and a nice staff. We decided to try another hotel after this stay though. The breakfast has steadily gone downhill in taste and quality.

The hotel is always clean, well maintained, and well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is so-so. Go for the waffles.

Easy access to I-40.

it was Expedia that did me wrong ,reserved me a room in another state when I needed one in Texas, couldn’t cancel because nobody answered the call all the # that was giving to me no answer. Never again using Expedia

BEWARE OF THE PET POLICY FEES! Fees upon check in for pets are over 300.00! I didn’t see the pet policy prior as we were traveling and needed to book quickly. The lady at the desk told me I could get a refund. I did not take the keys and booked a different hotel. Later the management refused to give a refund even though we didn’t stay. I ended up paying for these two rooms and two more at a different hotel. Management does not treat customers with honor. I am still happy I did not stay since reading prior reviews about bed bug bites and hard mattresses. Worth the money to escape those two things.

There was a wonderful Italian restaurant next to the hotel. Front desk staff was very polite and efficient with check-in. The one issue was the fitness center- it was not "available" until 0700 which is far too late for those working/traveling. Guest rooms are apparently across the hall, which is the understandable rationale. However, one of the amenities we search for when reserving a hotel is a fitness center, since most of our team have a routine that includes that morning activity. This was disappointing and a deal breaker for future.

The room was fine. The thermostat for the heater did not work, wouldn’t change so we were hot through the night.

Lovely motel, easy check-in and out, pleasant staff, very nice breakfast area and variety of food offerings.

This is a wonderful place to stay, my room was clean, beds was comfortable, breakfast was good 😁 I was very impressed and comfortable.
