Came to town for JoeFest. Hotel was great. The staff did an excellent job. Kiroumi was so nice!!! I am gluten free and the breakfast had some options which was awesome. Only complaint was pool was cold and hot tub wasn’t working. Everything else was perfect.

The room was not in great condition. There was a dangerous piece of metal on the air conditioning unit. There was some bad wear in the bathroom, as well.
The pool area was not well maintained. There was a diaper on the pool deck, so I wouldn't let my family enter the pool. The next morning the diaper was still there. It appears that there was no inspection or clean up done in the pool. The hot tub also was not working.

Bathtub filled while I was showering. I was standing in 3 inches of water when shower was done. Toilet took forever to fill to be able to flush it. We wound up moving to another room.

When I went to my breakfast I was question weather I stay there or not by a gentleman that was cleaning and item around the food
I ignored him at first (and than another person came up an proceeded to get food he didn’t asked her,was she staying there so I ask why did he ask me an his reply was homeless people come in all the time and try to eat ,… the lady and I was stunned so I pull my room key out I was like wow so not a I’m sorry now of that
But the coffee was good
