Clean.

There was nothing I didn't like. I will stay there again the next time I come down

Only issue was dried blood on bathroom wall, kinda gross. Everything else was good.

Hotel is partly under construction.

Room good. Shower:bath not draining well

traveling on way to a funeral, friendly, clean and great value. Breakfast was wonderful.

The room was okay. Upon entering, the beds looked like it wasn't made - lots of wrinkles as if someone laid on both beds. Glad I brought my own sheets/pillow case. There was a used towel found on the floor inside the closet. The refrigerator didn't get cold. I was there only one night so I didn't say anything. The phone in the room didn't work when I tried to call front desk so I had to use my cell phone and the call went through. The person was friendly and was able to fulfill my request. Breakfast was great - biscuit and gravy, sausage, eggs as well as the usual toast, bagel, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal. Self-made pancake replaced the waffle maker. Didn't care for the pancake - it was rubbery, and I was looking forward to making waffles. The lady taking care of the food/kitchen was the best worker there. I do like the fact that coffee was available all day/night.

We went to a concert and it was across the street, very clean, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much

The overall property was nasty... 1st the linens from the prior days cleaning remained in tge halls the ENTIRE time we stay - left at 6am. 2nd- there was a nast slime on the back shower wall with body hairs all over the tub. 3rd We refused to walk barefoot and glad we did became socks we filthy by time we left.... I moved to this chain because Grand Rapids location was amazing not sure i would book with ihg again.. I took.photo proof but not letting me attach.

Staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast bar was enjoyable.

Great people clean, easy access. Rooms were nice size.

Staff is amazing! The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Best night's sleep in a long time.

Had a great time and slept good.

Bug in the shower. Nothing really dirty, nothing really clean. Area across bridge is pretty sketchy. Not a bad stay for the price.

Clean, up to date. Ample parking.

Staff were extremely nice. Very welcoming. Did have ants on night stand between the beds. Said something on Friday and don’t think anything was done about. It was not horrible, but did not say anything again until check out on Sunday. The lady at check out was very apologetic, but again probably should have said something on Saturday. We were not in room much during the three nights accept to sleep. Other than a few ants, ALL employees at this location were wonderful.

It was ok for the weekend but will not go back. Room was dirty with stains all over the carpet and shower curtain.
