Holiday Inn Express FALLON, an IHG Hotel

The TV didnt work due to the internet not functioning. Called the front desk and they offered to change rooms. We declined because we disnt want to move our stuff.

This hotel is under construction. A heads up about the renovation would have been appreciated. We were woken up every morning by construction workers. The shower door would not stay closed during showering. The day we checked out personnel tried to enter our room while in the shower. We had the door not disturb sign on the door and it was not past check out time.

Not advised renovation was in progress The place was a mess in the hallways Host was not familiar with the room situation, took 4 times before an acceptable room was located

My room was immaculate, facilities were all up running and clean! Staff were super friendly. Will def stay here again!

The hotel is going through a renovation and should not be selling rooms. My room had no hot water and when I called the front desk, they said “yeah the whole hotel doesn’t have hot water”. We didn’t eat the breakfast upon checking out because we didn’t have hot water and I figured the kitchen staff would not be able to wash their hands in hot water.

Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had and it’s not what you’d expect. We booked via Expedia, which said they are pet friendly. We show up after a 10 hr travel day and state honestly we have a small non shedding dog. The young, clearly inexperienced host says, I’m sorry I can not check you in if you have a pet. We are not pet friendly. I say even if it’s a service animal, she says yes. Our dog is not a service animal, but interesting that was her answer. We show her clearly that Expedia says they are pet friendly and that’s why we booked here. She says I’m sorry, Expedia won’t change our pet friendly status. I say, I’m sorry, if that’s the case you could easily remove yourself from excepting bookings from them. She has no clear answer other than, I’m sorry, here is Expedia’s number, we do not except pets. We use to, and that’s why there is confusion. I’m sorry, there is no way they can blame Expedia for this. If they sign up to except bookings through Expedia and it says pet friendly that is set in stone. This is terrible management! I have been a web engineer for years and also been in the hospitality business. If you value your customers, you lost several tonight, and I will purposefully avoid anything related to Holiday Inn now.

Even though remodeling is being done, the staff has been very accommodating to make our stay comfortable. Kudos to them.

I was able to check in around 130, that was nice, but they were remodeling the property so it looked horrible! I paid over 220.00 for 1 night and to get to my room it was a long walk down halls all torn up and rooms in disrepair. It looked awful and gave me terrible anxiety. Our room was remodeled it was nice but definitely not worth the price!

Major construction with a lot of dirt and air issues. Very inconvenient to try and get to our room and that was not detailed when we made the reservation satisfactory.

We normally love staying here however they are currently remodeling and they did not have the pluming capped off so it smelled like sewage. We told the front desk and she stated she tried to tell the contractors but they would listen to her Our room was super clean the people are very friendly oh but there beds are way to hard

The whole 3rd floor was under construction except for a couple of rooms on the one end where we were. Our room was nice, but the construction smells were in the hallway. Certainly that is part of any remodel. Otherwise, we were happy with our accommodations and the breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel was under construction and I was not notified. The hallways were scary and smelled of sewage. The second night we were informed that we would not have water between 9am -noon. If I would have known that I could have made other arrangements. Completely unacceptable

Very clean

We had a newly remodeled room, which was nice. The only downside was that it smelled very strongly of carpet adhesive so that was why I gave it 4 stars.

Four nice pillows on the queen beds, clean bedding. Bathroom was spotless.

I Loved that the pool was 24 hours and the staff was friendly and the breakfast was okay but it was nice to be right in the middle of town and close to my families home. The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. Over all very nice and I always like staying there when I go to Fallon tow visit.

not much safe parking, broke down cars with people living in them right next to the building with a bucket out of the vehicle for the restroom. hotel was messy and cluttered apparently for construction, construction containers placed in front of building eliminating quite a bit of somewhat safe parking. front desk was nice enough. we had reserved the suite with the balcony and jetted tub for a nice relaxing evening, walked into the room and the air was stagnant, stale and had a bad odor, we opened the balcony door to let some fresh air in and right below us was the broke down car with people living in it, when we tried filling the tub the water came out brown. you would expect a bit more care for the price of this room.

The main complaint was there were no towels in the room, and the next morning, before I checked out but was out of the room, housekeeping took the remaining washcloths. But provided no towels. Not a good situation
