We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The only complaint we had is their water was never really hot in the shower.

One of the cleanest IHG properties we've stayed. Courteous and helpful staff with a great breakfast. Country style restaurant just across the parking lot was super convenient. We added it to our future staty list as we travel to and from St louis to San Antonio quite often.

The ceiling showed signs of leakage, the beds were too high, and the pillows were terrible. The rooms were clean and the only contact we had with employees was at check-in and out. They were very nice.

The place is clean but we have a few issues. One our first room was not ready. It didn’t have sheets and had trash left in it. We were moved to another room quickly without any problems. When we returned to the room after being out all day we noticed that the carpet by the bed nearest the bathroom was extremely wet. I think they may have an issue with the tub leaking. I didn’t notice it until I took my shoes off and stepped on the carpet. It was already late so I will report it when check out.

They told me their hotel was pet friendly, but it wasn’t an after traveling all day I was told I would have a $250 deposit if my pet was gonna stay there that it wasn’t pet friendly I would’ve never booked it if they would’ve told me they were not pet friendly. It was a bad experience Will never stay there again

I travel all over the U.S. and have stayed in many places. I have never felt this uncomfortable and unwelcome ever. This lady was the rudest and unwelcoming person for the job.

When we walked into the lobby it immediately smelled like cigarette smoke. This was about 6:30 in the evening. There was no front desk clerk. We waited for about 5 minutes and decided to call to see if a ringing phone would get someone's attention - it did not. So we kept waiting. We could have helped ourselves to the 'market' for sure, but of course we didn't. After about 10 minutes the front desk clerk arrived to get us checked in. Her shirt had burn holes in it, so I am guessing she is the reason the lobby smelled like smoke and also guessing she was on a smoke break when we arrived. The room was nice and clean. One elevator was out of order, the other was also having some problems so that was a little sketchy. Grabbed a bagel in the morning for breakfast and noticed it was moldy.
