We have stayed at this property over a year ago and I can say this has by far been the absolute best stay we have experienced! The front desk staff, Mark, at check-in was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. We didn't catch her name but the woman who cooks and serves the breakfast was OUTSTANDING! The food was hot, well stocked, and a great appearance. The pool was clean, the water was not cold, and the pool room was comfortable whether you were swimming or not. As a family of 5, we will be making this our new preferred hotel to stay in when we visit Sidney!

When we arrived to hotel and checked in and entering 3rd floor someone had been smoking marijuana so the staff came in and sprayed room and hallway but still each day was pretty strong ! I had to explain to my child who is 10 what marijuana was ‘

We had a 2 day stay. The housekeeping never took out the damp towels or gave us fresh towels should have ran a vacuum over the floor. It was a very nice room and desk clerks were fine

Excellent and very reasonably priced. Kids had fun at the pool. Location is off a busy street so using the car would be recommended even though there are restaurants within walking distance. Have stayed at this property several times in the past never had a problem.
