The hotel is well-run and in great condition, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is very good! The hotel is very close to the Johnstown Flood Museum and historic buildings. We are enjoying our stay here! :)

The TV in my room was small and impossible to use.
Although the hotel was rated as the best in the town, I found it pretty old looking and never updated.

Holly the front desk receptionist was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Expedia was not very good with the check in process, Holly went above and beyond to ensure everything was good.

Didn’t have a room for me when I showed up to check in. Was told they’d call me in 20-30 minutes when they did. Sat at the bar for more than an hour before deciding to just go to a different hotel and when I went to the front desk to cancel was told the miraculously had a room now. Left anyway

I stayed at this hotel so i could walk to the arena and the event was moved last minute to the Pitt-Johnstown campus. It wasn't the hotels fault and i would definitely stay here again if i ever had a need to stay in Johnstown, PA.

What a fantastic experience. From the first person that greeted us, to the restaurant staff, the room and even checking out. I would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend this location for a trip. I have to say that the person that checked us in was a lovely person and explained everything so well.

I forgot the lady at the front desks name when i checked in on 11/30 at arount 7pm, She had short, short blonde hair and glasses. The women was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with her! She was a big help for sure.
