Holiday Inn LITTLE ROCK-AIRPORT-CONF CTR by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Prperty great and we had pizza at the on-site restaurant. Waiter named Coffee was great. Air-condition in our room was loud but it was for one night.

The rug in the room was dirty, the tub in the bathroom was stained, the walls in the room were dirty in some areas. The room needs a thorough deep cleaning. Surface cleaning strategy is not sufficient.

I wouldn’t recommend this property

The bathroom mirror still had toothpaste splattered on it. There was water on the sink and the hand cleaner was empty. The room was dirty. Dust on the cabinet and a greasy mark on the end table. The room was obviously not clean. The baseboards looked as though they haven’t been wiped down in years. I will never go back.

The heater air conditioner in room is very noisy.

Horrible Service

Room wasn’t clean, guests slamming doors after 10 pm through 1 am, guests allowing children to play on the elevators, food products in the commissary expired, some as much as February 2025.

The card key stopped working for a little while. My wife and I had to walk back and forth from our room to the front desk a couple of times. The bar and grill was understaffed. Only one server on a Saturday night so my wife and I waited 20 minutes and still weren’t helped from the bar tender. We just went back to the room. Very nice staff though. There was a roach in our bathroom.

Never got the wake up call I requested. AC in room sounded like a freight train.

Couldn't get into back door even with key. Room carpet torn and should be removed. Bathrooms were updated and wonderful. TV was impossible to manage. Thermostat wouldnt work properly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast and cost for breakfast didn't match in value.

On site restaurant was excellent. Room clean and bed very comfortable.

Should be more clear about the fact not all get the complimentary breakfast.

Musky smell in the corridors, my door was crooked ( 1” gap on the bottom and 1/8” on top), coffee maker didn’t work and the “filter” while selecting the hotel doesn’t work: it says‘breakfast included’ but then it’s an EXTRA $12.95?!?!?!?

Everything was great. The only thing is that breakfast isn't for everyone.

Great place stayed many times and will stay again soon!!

Staff was amazing

I reserved and paid for two rooms three weeks prior to our intended stay. When we arrived at the hotel, at 11pm, we were told there were no rooms available. No call. No email. Nothing notifying us that our rooms had been given away. I understand that there was a severe storm causing damage to the city, and there were a lot of over worked and exhausted employees just trying to take a hot shower and get some rest, but a phone call notifying me that our rooms were no longer available with an explanation would've been nice. Arrangements could've been made prior to the two-hour drive there had we known. The front desk employee did make a couple phone calls around to other hotels, with zero luck. At least he tried.

The room was very dirty. There was bugs in the bed and the bathroom. The receptionist said they were gonna give me a credit did not give me anything. The morning reception guy was very rude. Couldn’t even send anyone to help out with the bags. I do want to be contacted because as they promised me a credit and they never did.

Room 131 ac don’t work. Hotel is older needs lots of updates
