Holiday Inn LITTLE ROCK-AIRPORT-CONF CTR by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Will not recommend. I have stayed at many holiday inn properties and they have mostly been very nice. This was a surprising disappointment for the cleanlinesss and service.

Nice hotel with a pleasant on site bar and grill.

I am pretty disappointed considering I bought the nine dollar insurance and tried to cancel my trip when I found out that Little Rock Arkansas is a terrible place for solo mothers and children especially a single mother with her two little daughters, so when I tried to cancel, I didn’t even get a response from Expedia or the hotel and I left several messages so I was out $135 mind you I don’t get child support and I’m a teacher so that was a big hit on me personally financially they should’ve honored the insurance plan that I bought or at least acknowledge me. They just took my money and ran…. literally, thieves!

Nice an. d helpful staff with neat and clean rooms

This property had decent reviews. Not sure how. This is a hotel that the Holiday Inn built in the 90s and it has been forgot about. It turkey needs a complete redo on the interior and rooms.

Staff was friendly, but the property could use some serious updating.

Lady at the desk Mary operations director wouldn't let us black people check in at 1 but i watced her check in two white men. When i finally checked in my room was dirty stains on the bedding still hair all over the bathroom floor after a 10 hour drive i just wanted to relax but i couldnt due to waiting an hour to check in just to have to wait another hour for them to get the room a little clean... i bought lysol spray to kill germs because you could see the room was half assed cleaned. Only good side was my son and i enjoyed the karate tournament.

Old property, but well maintained. Excellent location for early morning flights or late arrivals.

Reasonable, close to the airport, has food.

The room was clean and the hotel staff were very helpful.

My doors would not open. I went down to the desk three times and got the card rekeyed. Someone finally had to go up and let me in. Also, the coffee maker was broken.

I loved my stay and I would stay there again

nice hotel the only problem the keys never worked every time I left the room I had to get the key coded again. No breakfast if you go through Hotel.Com unless you pay 12.99 for the breakfast.

Prperty great and we had pizza at the on-site restaurant. Waiter named Coffee was great. Air-condition in our room was loud but it was for one night.
