I liked the room , especuliallt size and quietness. The staff all were excellent.
Something about which the hotel personnnel would have no way of knowing: in the shower/tub, the bottom of the tub does not adhere completely to the surface beneath (there are airspaces). As a result, while showering, the bathtub makes loud popping sounds as the tub bottom flexes. You need to take a shower there in order to discover this, so housekeeping/maintenance would not know.

My family and I needed to go to LA for a couple of days and we found this hotel which is a great option, really come to the airport and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The airport free shuttle is horrible! We have been waiting for one hour to get picked up. The other airport hotels come every 5-10 minutes, but we have been waiting for one hour, also the shuttle is crowded, we didn’t even get seats.
