Staff was extremely friendly, the diner right next door to the hotel was so convenient to have, the pool and spa were enjoyable and there are many places to shop nearby including The Mall of New Hampshire!

Loved that a diner was right next to the hotel which was super convenient. And the food was awesome!

1st the room we were given wasn't cleaned yet. Staff person apologetic. Then the key card given to us did not work on the new room assigned. Again, staff apologetic and asked for assistance. There was supposed to be a wake up call at 3:30 am. Didn't happen as there was no phone in the room, even though the staff person said there was. There is also late flights that come into MHT from Philly and it would be helpful if shuttle ran to at least 11:30pm. Staff was excellent though :)

The front desk clerk gave us bad information on regards the airport shuttle.
I was relying on it and in the last minute I was told that it wasn’t available.
Also, there it was smoke smell in the floor I was staying. The non smoking rules should be enforced.

This hotel is outdated! The shower on hot water cycle made a very loud noise. The free breakfast is a joke. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant it’s connected to a diner. The food was awful. To make matters worse the supposedly free breakfast was actually a $13 dollar voucher! Very deceiving when I paid $300 for this hotel! Never again!

Everyone and everything was lovely. The only complaint I have is the hotel sends texts asking you to choose a check out time. I did and chose 11am yet the maid started knocking at the door before 9am and then again around 10:15.

Paid extra via hotels.com for breakfast for two. When we arrived, we asked about breakfast and they told us there was no breakfast included on our reservation. They ultimately gave us a voucher, but I still haven't seen the receipt so do not know if they charged us again.
When we went to restaurant for breakfast, there was an hour wait for a table.
