Holiday Inn PORTLAND - COLUMBIA RIVERFRONT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Everyone was welcoming and kind/ accommodating.

Hotel is an older property but is well maintained. Bloom checked us in and she was professional and very accommodating. She asked for our preference of what side of property we preferred and I told her to pick. She gave us a room overlooking the courtyard, the river and bridge! It was amazing.

Great service and great room

The services started with the friendly greeting at the reception counter and the casual conversation with the gentleman who helped me. It's nice to see that carried throughout the facility.

We stayed here for a ballroom dance showcase. We barely had to leave because everything was right there that we needed. The restaurant had great food, the hotel was clean, and the staff were all great.

The hotel said this reservation was canceled and I would be getting a refund clearly that didn’t happen and I never stayed because it was booked for the wrong dates. Please have customer service reach out to me for a refund

The property was okay. Finding a hair on the bed and the Keurig machine dirty wasn't pleasant. Other than that rest is okay. It is an old building so do not expect the new holiday inn.

The staff was so kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet. It also had gorgeous views. Thank you!

We were here for a dance competition and the facilities were amazing. The room was spacious and well kept.

Tara helped to check us in at the front desk and did an amazing job with our early check-in request! She was so nice and personable and set us up in a room with an amazing view of the Columbia River! It was a wonderful stay! ♥️

Was there for an event. Have stayed a few other times. This was not like other times. Very limited on staff. Hard to get a cup of coffee and the kureg in the room did not work. The event food was subpar. Worst meal for the amount we paid. Debbie one of the staff there was great. Very friendly and sought me out to give me extra blankets I asked for.

I being here a lot of times before it was was remodeled and all the rooms were same and nice but lately I haven't been satisfied with the rooms that I had gotten it looks like they forgot to fix those

Better than expected. Very nice hotel and amazing breakfast and staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Arrived late. Hallways smelled. Sort of a older smelly building. The room didnt smell though. Bed was comfortable enough.- hot water in the morning. Security patrols parking lot. Not a bad value for a solo trip. There was a weird sound that kept spiking during commercials. Sounded like a alarm but when I checked my phone it wasnt my alarm on my phone.

The room, was excellent, and faced the river. What a great view from my room. Room was very clean, and accommodations were great. The only thing that I would say is the water was not very hot in the shower.

Ive stayed here at least 6x. The front desk staff very nice. Room was clean. Water is hot. I had my dog with me (third time hes been here). The property is very large, so to walk him around is s decent distance. The dog area is good. I have no problem going out at 3a if my dog needs to go out. Im not sure if I would be okay with doing that in Portland City Center. Parking is ample & free. Ive eaten at the bar dining a few times, its good. They do have a sit down restaurant, but Ive never been in there. The one thing I really like about it is the walking path along the river. It’s about a 1 mile walk until you get to the private gated homes. So it’s a good solid 2 mile roundtrip walk with my dog. Theres plenty of places to eat on the island..fast food + restaurants. Overall good place to stay.
