The heater was not working. They replaced it while we were there, everything worked after that. Customer service was excellent. The room was not very clean, there was Toothpaste left in the sink from the people before us.

The coffee pot did not work. Not enough supplies with coffee. No ice machine where they said they had one.
Also construction around property not appealing. The steak Philly sandwich in restaurant tasted like it came out of box.
