This hotel was near a Mardi Gras parade route which made it very convenient for us and our family to walk to the parade.

Overall it was great. My first room was good but was changed to another room due to a large group. Second room was crap. It was not updated. AC was not working properly. Bathrrom was really bad but clean. Front desk service was AWESOME!!! Im sorry I dont remember names. I kept having issues with my key cards, they jumped right on it. The customer service they have is great!!

Well the only downside is the breakfast I was not aware you had to pre-purchase when booking or purchase for more at the host stand! I wasn’t aware they need to make it bigger and known that was a complete bummer! Thank you

It smelled weird, there were stains all over the carpet, the water tasted gross (this might be a Shreveport thing, though), and the dresser drawers were broken. The one positive: the bedding was relatively comfortable.

We got this room last mintue for a ball tournament at the convention center. The location is great! The hotel is older and has that musty smell but for the price it was okay.
The front desk staff was very kind! The restaurant/bar had great food late at night. The breakfast is okay- just basic stuff and it was 12.95 per person unless you purchased it before hand. We spent the extea 2.00$ when booking and paid for the breakfast.
Overall it was a great price for a last minute stay.

The hotel is so outdated. Carpets looked disgustingly old. You can see the edges of the walls full of dust. Hotel had like an old smell to it. But staff was friendly, helpful and nice.

I arrived at 5 and was told no rooms were available yet and I had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour. I booked a king bed but instead I was placed in a wheelchair handicapped room. The Tv did not work and there was some ants in the restroom. The room was right outside the A/c units so there was some loud popping noise all night. Just a bad experience
