Holiday Inn TWIN FALLS by IHG, an IHG Hotel

People were great, room was clean, property looked good. Overall very pleasant.

Would give 5 stars if had free breakfast and water in lobby. Very comfortable beds and big rooms.

We complained multiple times regarding the room above us stomping, running and jumping. They room did it both nights and even at 6 am the second morning. The lady at the front desk only offered us a free breakfast, which we still got charged for. I asked to be comped for a free night

Staff polite, check in was easy, rooms spacious and very clean.

Becky, at the front desk, was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the local area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I stay at Holiday Inn quite frequently as I travel and this hotel met the standards. The breakfast was delicious.

Our stay was great! I only gave 3 stars for property condition because hallway carpet is dirty and the pool/hot tub need resurfaced. The pool and hot tub were great but they could spruce the area up a bit. Our room was very clean and I am a really picky person. The bed was really comfortable. We got the king room with bunk beds and I loved the set up! My 2 boys loved having their own beds and their own TV. The service was really good and the front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Duke's Grille was really good. We were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed the food and we love that kids ate free! The restaurant staff was really great too! We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to come back

Good hotel..clean

Property was clean and super easy to access. About a 10 min drive from the falls Great breakfast made to order. Young waitress in the morning was fantastic.

Clean , nice hotel, located in the middle of shopping area and restaurants. Staff is very nice, kind and polite. Big parking. Only one complain, some people did not realize that people below is on vacation and want to have quiet place to have a rest. A little bit respect and less noise would be appreciated.

Holiday Inn Twin Falls is fast becoming my go-to hotel when I want to get away and go to Twin Falls. They have an excellent in-house restaurant, Duke's Grille, which consistently provides outstanding meals, so that makes it easy for me, especially when I don't have to think about going out for meals. The room is clean and comfortable. I loved the couch/armchair ensemble. It's a good place to relax and read a book. The service at the front desk in the morning is outstanding. The clerk offered me a good list of places to visit in the area and was very friendly and genuinely happy. The only quibble I had about this location was the fact that the lamps weren't that bright. I prefer the LED lightbulbs over the CFL lightbulbs the hotel uses.

Clean and comfortable. Duke's Restaurant was a pleasant surprise too. Great food and outstanding service! Angela made our night!!

Enjoyed the stay. Very pleasant staff. Unfortunately the pool was very green, definitely needed to be cleaned but other than that. Everything was good.
