It was a nice clean place to stay. Access to the casino was fun and it's close to a Detroit People Mover stop. I did have an issue where my flight was delayed and I tried to get my buddy who got there earlier to be able to checkin for the room we were sharing, but they wouldn't let that happen. I had to be there in person, so that was super annoying.

The property itself was nice but there is construction going on everywhere around the property and that makes it very difficult to get around. I didn't like that as much as we paid for this hotel they didn't provide a continental breakfast.

The room was not very clean- dust bunnies all over the floor, several hairs in the bathroom, dusty fixtures, etc. Also, for the price they charge for the room, they should go back to free early check-in anytime after 12pm

The hotel is in a great spot downtown, super convenient for getting around. Check-in took a while since there was a big event nearby, so the lobby was pretty busy. There was also some construction around the hotel, which wasn’t ideal. On the bright side, I lost an item during my stay and the staff called to let me know it was found and gave me instructions on how to retrieve it. Overall, a nice place with a few hiccups but great service!

Our room faced the west which was where a roof top bar was playing LOUD base music until 2 am. Requested a transfer to east side and solved this problem After two hours of arrival, bags were not delivered to room so called and they delivered them saying prior bell boy went home after checking in our luggage. Asked for additional coffee K-pods for our stay. Never delivered so we got them from front desk.
