When we entered our room the first thing we noticed was that it had not been cleaned!! The room was a mess with an unmade bed and the bathroom had all the used towels scattered around. It made us feel dirty ourselves. Then we had to go back to the service desk and wait 20 minutes in line to get a new room. Not a very good experience!!

If you want to stay somewhere that is quiet, this is not the place. We were on the 24th floor and the music from below was so loud that we could not sleep. The front desk told us that there was nothing that they could do and refused to move us to a different room.

I will be calling support. When I went to check in, the hotel said I only had one room and would not let me check in the other two rooms therefore fixing me to book another room offsite. What is the support number I should call to talk to a person?
