i was charged twice for the same service at this place snow and ice on driveway in front of hotel and on walkway extremely hazardous parking lot not cleared of snow makes limited and difficult to park ac in room has one setting only

There was no hot water, we found this out at 8:00 PM on the 1st night. Moved three times. Finally found a room with warm water at 11PM was already to move to another hotel in the area. Found out the next morning that the Manager knew there was no hot water and did not tell there staff. Would not give us any sort of compensation. Last time staying at a Hilton. Back to Best western

The room was above a mechanical room that produces a low volume high pitched ringing noise that looped every couple minutes through out the night. We only notice it when we were trying to sleep. When I brought it up to the desk clerk the next morning he seemed to have little interest in looking in to it and perhaps flagging room #219 as a problem for future quests.

We have been staying at this Hotel for about 8 years now. We just love it, feels like home when we are there. I love the staff they are all so friendly and helpful.

Overall it was great. There was a snow storm so that changed things for everyone. Wish the property was plowed or shoveled more. I know it was tough to get it all but it didn’t seem like you even tried. That made it hard to find a parking spot anywhere, especially when you had to worry about getting plowed in if it did get plowed. And then getting in and out was pretty terrible since nothing was really shoveled. Then the TV was out so that made it hard to know what was going on locally with the weather and the roads.

Just poorly maintained, dirty carpets, mold bathrooms, odor, breakfast terrible, coffee weak, poor housekeeping. Will not stay again

Very spacious room with great amenities.

There was no housekeeping does 3 days that I was there the bathroom was dirty. The bathroom near the pool were ver dirty. The mattress are very hard.

I liked the staff. Nice breakfast but not easy to keep supplied and hot. Nice atmosphere but needs some completions to the remodeling in my bathroom. On a whole the motel was very nice.

Loved the layout of the 2 room suite. Pleasantly surprised to see a full refrigerator, dishes, etc in the room. Only disappointments were that the queen bed in the bedroom seemed like the size of a full bed and the pull-out couch in the sitting room was super uncomfortable to sit on and also very uncomfortable to lay on when turned into a bed. Other than that, location and service were great. Good value for the price.

It is a nice place and large enough for family of 7. Not the cleanest room and didn’t have many pillows and couldn’t give me any more for the couch bed when asked.

I booked this hotel because I stayed in many home2 suites and had a great experience. Overall the hotel is great but our washroom not up to standard. The standing shower was filthy and the bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner were on the vanity countertop. You had to put them on the floor to have your shower. I checked in and went out and came back pretty late and was surprised to see the condition of the standing shower (see pics). The next day when I checked out, I told the receptionist her name was Tammy. She was on the phone with corporate office and when I showed her the pics she was rude and obnoxious. No apology and her excuse “we are renovating”. I told her if this is the case you shouldn’t be checking in guests in rooms that are under renovation but she was unapologetic. She ignored me and said your receipt will be sent to your third party provider. The breakfast was good but cold although it was kept in a warm shelf. I would appreciate it, if these concerns are addressed for future guests. The reason I am writing this comment is because in your lobby there is a billboard mentioning if we are not satisfied to bring it to your attention.

room was disgusting. i’m not sure if they cleaned anything besides making the bed. not worth $200+ at all!!

Nice room, had everything we needed.

Dirty rooms , loud

Didnt have the room i reserved and room got didnt have needed amount of beds. Had to ask 4 linens for pullout and pillow. Didn't have towels 4 # of guests in room. Obly green tea bags.
