The pool was great for my son, the staff were friendly and curtious, and the facilities as a whole were clean and well kept.

Stay was fine but a bit expensive just for one night. I just checked the rate for another weekend this month and it was approximately $144 for the exact same room. which is significantly lower than what I paid.

Our room was very spacious (especially for the price!) Also provided lots of storage. The microwave was left dirty with cheese melted on the turn style tray. And the bathroom… there was half a roll of toilet paper and no spare rolls were left, the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty! Didn’t matter to us, but we were glad we brought our own and there was hair against the shower wall (not from us!) Also the bathroom door was difficult to lock and when we got it locked, we couldn’t unlock it from the inside of the bathroom. And the fridge made an extremely loud noise on and off throughout the night. With all the hotel options in Erie, we will probably stay somewhere else next time.

It was clean staff was nice and respectful. Only thing is we didnt have a stove and only one frying pan no pot. Overall we had a better experience than we did at another place.

Stayed overnight for a short getaway and to meet up with family. Hotel was clean and well stocked. Pool was busy and hallways were a little loud after hours but not enough to warrant a complaint, but the property definitely skews to families with younger children, probably due to being across the street from Splash Lagoon. Staff was polite and helpful. Location is close enough to anything you might want to do while you're in Erie, and the price is fair for the service and amenities.

We booked a weekend getaway solely based on price and the pool. We got a king suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was so roomy, the bed was so comfortable. There was ample supplies in the room. The pool area was clean and well kept. Breakfast has so many options to choose from. Overall, GREAT stay!!! This is going to be our new go to hotel!

Check in took forever. The lady did not know what she was doing and blamed it on the computer not working. Check in took over 30 min.

Had a great time. Comfy relaxing. Staff was helpful and nice. Will diffently be back.

Was promised a pull out bet but they did not have one available. Also they charge me a fee when I did not have a pet. I never got my refund back and I’m still waiting.

Easy check in

I originally booked the stay from Friday to Sunday. due to my husband getting the flu i was unable to arrive on Friday but called and notified the hotel that i was still checking in Saturday but did not want to cancel my Friday reservation so we can check directly into the room instead of normal check in time. upon arrival i was told they instead of checking me in and leaving my reservation that they cancelled it and made it a no show. getting someone on the phone with hotels.com was nearly impossible. the gentleman that ended up resolving the issue and checking me in at the hotel was very helpful and understanding as well as sincere about the mix up with the issue. he kindly found me another room and checked me in early. we are very frequent visitors to this hotel and as always aside from this mix up everything was great as usual! the staff is more than helpful and polite. the pool and rooms are always great. they always have fun things for the kids like crayons and coloring pages in the lobby.. always decorating very cute for every holiday and my kids truly love that about staying here! the location is awesome for families who come to erie with great things like splash lagoon, stores, restaurants, etc nearby. we will def be back and honestly it was more on the end of booking through hotels.com (a third party) where it became an issue. when someone at the hotel was more than willing to help and just needed confirmation but we were unable to receive that from hotels.com

i was charged twice for the same service at this place snow and ice on driveway in front of hotel and on walkway extremely hazardous parking lot not cleared of snow makes limited and difficult to park ac in room has one setting only

There was no hot water, we found this out at 8:00 PM on the 1st night. Moved three times. Finally found a room with warm water at 11PM was already to move to another hotel in the area. Found out the next morning that the Manager knew there was no hot water and did not tell there staff. Would not give us any sort of compensation. Last time staying at a Hilton. Back to Best western

The room was above a mechanical room that produces a low volume high pitched ringing noise that looped every couple minutes through out the night. We only notice it when we were trying to sleep. When I brought it up to the desk clerk the next morning he seemed to have little interest in looking in to it and perhaps flagging room #219 as a problem for future quests.

We have been staying at this Hotel for about 8 years now. We just love it, feels like home when we are there. I love the staff they are all so friendly and helpful.
