Great location for visiting UF college kid, overall great experience

The hotel great. Surroundings? Nowhere to go walking. a little dark.

Convenient location close to campus and Shands hospital.

The hotel was pretty nice, very roomy. The mini kitchen was great to have. There was a portable stovetop burner you could get at the front desk, but it wouldn't work, said it was getting too much voltage or something. The only other thing that wasn't great was that there were hairs in the shower. Overall, I would stay again, though.

Breakfast staff didn’t want to put out any meat because she said she had too many other sandwiches without meat to get rid of. Order more meat sandwiches. Someone’s DoorDash from 1130pm was sitting on the front desk counter at 0530 in the morning.no van service to any of the hospitals. Va Snands or UF. Room was big and clean.

I have stayed here many times and always great!! not sure what’s happened in a year, but this place has gone completely downhill, we booked two rooms. We got there late so when we got to our room, it reeked of smoke even the hallway did the hotel was completely full, so another room was not an option. One of the guest couldn’t even stay in the roomWe talked to them about canceling this trip They let us know that you couldn’t do anything until the manager was in the morning. The manager Barbra absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in the hospitality industry. We booked there hotels.com and they were trying to help us cancel this reservation to find out the phone lines were down for a day and a half so nobody answered, not sure how you run a hotel with the lines down I would never stay here again the place was dirty and just not prepared for a full hotel. We did not stay the second night and I would not ever go back to the hotel until the management took a better care of it. Very disappointing as this was a great hotel close to the campus.

1. Breakfast was horrible. Not edible. So awful!!! 2. Beds are old and noisey!!! 3. Staff is nice but they dont care honestly. 4. So well below the Hilton brand. 5. Never gonna stay at a Home2Suite again.

Nice, simple, clean and friendly property. Free breakfast is nice, but offerings were not great. Still will absolutely stay here again.

Excellent staff - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Always pleasant and cheerful. Perhaps gauge a bit more regarding number of guests checked in, and the availability of items at breakfast. Many items ran out quickly, more than an hour before closing time. The ratio of breakfast items to guests was in the minus. The lobby areas in front of the elevators unfortunately need attending to. Perhaps the bins need deep cleaning and the carpet as well. There is a negative scent when exiting the elevators.

Always love staying at a Home2 Suite, you have all your necessities for my work trip. Great location
