Place was clean and quiet. Pool was enjoyable for my kids although it seemed a bit cold for a heated pool, pool deck was every slippery. Staff at the front desk could've been nicer but maybe they had a bad day, we've all been there. Convenient location surrounded by shopping and food. Breakfast was fine.

Great place to stay. Great service. Room was clean. Only negative was the pool was could’ve been cleaner. Water was cloudy. Other then that we had a great time and it was very close to LEGOLAND.

The place was great. Morning workers were so nice but one of the night workers was very rude. Everything is was very clean and quiet.

The staff at the front desk were borderline rude, barely a response when needing something. All the dishes in the room were dirty upon check in, the dishwasher didn’t work, no quarters available for laundry- was told to go to the gas station. Staff were always sitting chatting or on their cell phones in the breakfast area.

Place was very noisy all night long ppl slammed their doors and walls would vibrate felt like people were running a marathon . My bathroom was filthy had black mildew all around and i was told they will come and clean it and they never did. Room was very outdated and wall paper peeling.they had no extra room to switch my family too so we got stuck with dirty bathroom and we ended up cleaning it ourself.

The room heat was unbearable unable to control and no one to contact. We couldn’t sleep because the heat in the room kept on even with the power off. We left in the middle of the night and called the following day to speak to a manager was told a manager will call me back at the end of the day and 24 hours later have not heard from anyone. Super disappointed
