My granddaughter got a gash in her shin from one of the steps in the pool and staff helped her and made her feel much better because she was being very dramatic (6 yr old) gave her icecream to make her feel better. I like everything

Hôtel très agréable. Nous avons reçu un excellent acceuil de la part de Déborah qui a toujours cherché à rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. On aimerait l’avoir dans tous les hôtels où nous séjournons, elle est formidable. Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. La piscine très agréable et le petit déjeuner très bien également. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous repassons par Lafayette. Le restaurant situé à côté de l’hôtel (le Chimes) est très bien aussi.

Great location. Great place to stay in Lafayette/River Ranch area. Have been staying there for the last 8 years. Time for a renovation. Carpet is dirty and entire hotel smells.
