The lady at the front desk was super friendly while checking me in. She even walked around to show me where things were, like the laundry room. The room was immaculate when we came in. It smelled clean, the floors were freshly mopped, surfaces and appliances spotless. All the linens were fresh. We'll definitely stay here again because it's affordable, clean, safe and very close to the AAU basketball venues.

Had a bad smell walking in, several dirty spots and even small rocks on the ground in the room. No elevator, was told to use the stairs to get to my room on the 3rd floor. I would have not booked this if I had known that. Some of the people staying there looked a bit rough, had I know I would hear dogs parking at all hours I would have not booked this property.

It wasn’t terrible but I don’t think I would stay here again. First, there’s no elevator and if you’re on the first floor, you have to go to the back of the Motel. There were so many sketchy characters hanging around outside. Maybe homeless people. They were all around especially in the back. They were harmless but, I was alone, so it was a bit concerning. I could smell marijuana in the parking lot. It was the noisiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Sounded like a herd of Elephants were staying up stairs. The door alarm kept going off, all night. On a cleanliness scale, I would give it a 5. No bad smells. The building is old and definitely needs some attention and upgrades. The Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cost was the reason I stayed for 3 nights.

The Room was equipped with a kitchen but no dishes or cookware. Had to call down for a remote. SMOKE detector needed a battery, but the front desk person did bring one up along with the remote and fresh sheets for the pull out. The AC unit we had to reset and figure out how to get it working.

Refused deposit back because of used sheets having minor sweat and spill spot from food. Very sketch for evidence of no damages to property. Lots of suspicious traffic around building and questionable staff. Other than that. Room was decent.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hometown Studios. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette, which was super convenient.
The location was great—close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. The hotel was also quiet, allowing me to relax and get a good night’s sleep.
For an extended stay or a short visit, Hometown Studios provides great value for the price. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the overall cleanliness of the property. I will definitely be staying here again!

Came out to stay close to a job site however the job feel through and because I didn't know until after 11am the first day of the stay I was told they would not refund me for the 2nd day of stay. Also the room is out dated, people slamming doors all night long, and the alarm clock made noise all night long.

To put it simply…. We didn’t have hot water. They offered me a “20% discount on our next stay” (as if I’d ever stay there again without hot water)
They don’t clean. We found a FOOT LONG vibrator under the couch. Bright blue. Can’t miss it.
