Homewood Suites by Hilton Manchester/Airport

Upon arrival, we immediately realized the room had not been vacuumed as the rug was covered in animal fur. The room also had a very unpleasant smell. The pool water was cloudy and there were not any towels at the pool. When I called the front desk to ask for more (I was not the only person in need) I was given an attitude and told that the hotel was sold out and they haven’t had many towels to launder. Someone brought 3 towels down which was definitely not enough for the amount of guests at the pool. Back in the hotel room, we pulled out the sofa bed for my children to sleep on and there were not linens for it. I called the front desk to ask for them and was given an attitude again with the same excuse of being sold out so they may not have any. The shower shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were all empty or close to it. We will not be going back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else

Pool was gross. The build up on the sides was gross, no pool towels, and you couldn’t see the bottom. Dirty all around the pool

The staff was very helpful and kind but the halls and rugs through were filthy and the halls all smelled like take out food. Breakfast was nice.

It was clean and very accommodating. They even sent a free shuttle to pick up my son so I didn’t have to go to airport. Rooms were beautiful

We found someone else’s nicotine patches on the floor by the bed, the toilet handle broke, and the beds were stiff.

Woman at check in was quick and helpful. Unfortunately the elevators smelled aweful and the pool was not well kept. Slimy stairs and puddles of "froth" left my children uninterested in swimming. The free breakfast was a disappointment, only offering waffles on the weekend, and croissants had specks of mold growing. I have stayed at this location multiple times in the past without feeling disappointed, but after this stay, will most likely not return. The actual room was fine and comfortable.

Clean and very convenient to the airport

I have to say that the front desk staff was very respectful and understanding. I accidentally thought that I had reserved the room for a day longer but to my mistake it wasn’t. But they were able to accommodate my needs very quickly and I appreciate that. Thank you for your patience.

I loved every single thing except that I didn’t know the pool doesn’t work at the time of booking. We had to go across the street to use the other hotels pool, which is fine no big deal. Just wish it had told me at the time of booking! Everything else was perfect!

The rooms were nice and clean. The only issue is that we were not made aware that the swimming pool was down. We booked the hotel because of the pool. No one advised us when we checked I either. We asked where was the pool because we weee planning on going and that is when we were told it was down. We feel that we should get a discount because the hotel did not provide a service thatnwas advertised.

The room was fine, but the pool was not open which was one of the main reasons we went with this hotel.

Very disappointed to find out that the pool was closed upon arrival. There was no notice of this on the website. I am a local resident that was having work done at my home so we decided to go to a hotel specifically with a pool. We were then told that we could use the affiliated hotel across the streets pool. We did do that, but we had to walk through snow to get accross the street. The hotel attendant at the affiliated hotel “Christine” was very rude because we did not bring towels with us. We were never told to to so. Our hotel had bad WiFi, and no phones available to the front desk- we had to go down to the front desk for anything we needed. We will not be going back. Period.

Not having the pool available was inconvenient, and I refused to walk across the road to the Marriott and come back wet and cold. After the power outage, the pool remained closed and dirty for the remaining 3 nights.

Water temp for shower was cold. I stayed two nights and took three showers- all cold.

Just disappointed there were no waffles and the pool was closed 1/2 our stay

The staff is very racist . I am black and I was there with my baby and wife but they did not pay attention to any of our requests at all. We stayed in a room with no room service for two days and when we asked them for room service on the third day they ignored us until I talked to the cleaner my self and begged her to clean for me . But all other rooms were cleaned and the reason they gave us was that they were short staffed. We asked for towels the second night and they said they were bringing them and the whole night passed with zero response. We had to re use our towels. Power went off the entire afternoon and no explanation was given . The pool was closed for all the 3 days . Plus the breakfast was terrible .
