Exceptional hotel with a fantastic location! Parking is tight in the garage - so be sure to research some options if you are coming with a car. Great bars and restaurants nearby. One of the best neighborhoods you can find!

For the price of the room it was not good. Room was small. Exercise bike takes up a lot of room. Shower with 1/2 a door water leaks all over the floor. Have to use 1/2 your towels to keep it from soaking the floor. Shower floor very slippery, not safe! We arrived Friday night and left Monday. Zero room service. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. We were told the bar in the lobby would be open but no one was ever there. Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly. Very disappointed. Shuld be ashamed charging this much for this room. We understand that it is done because of a two day concert. Rates should not go up to up charge people off because of an event. We stayed in the same hotel last year. Had a much bigger and better room for a lot less.

Thomas at the front desk was very helpful, they allowed us another hour for check-out which was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Shame on Hilton! Severely understaffed, though the existing staff did everything they could do to accommodate us. Our first room was dirty and the mattress on the sofa bed had mold! Our room was immediately changed, however, our room was never cleaned the days we stayed there and we had to go to the front desk to get new towels and sheets The property is in a great location but it needs a major deep cleaning. Vents were dirty, tile in shower getting moldy and I questioned how clean the linens were.

Eveythinh was great beside the parking. its gets full everynight you have to drife across under the highway. with 2 kids it was not convenient!

Clean hotel, close to venue & other visitors things to do & see. Breakfast buffet was alright. Eggs were somewhat warm, potato wedges were cold & had no taste. Need to have a better way to keep food warm besides the cover keeping some heat in.

Good location and very clean

We stayed here for a basketball tournament at the convention center. Perfect location, extremely clean, and welcoming. The only compliant is we booked a king suite and the photo online showed the bedroom with a door separate from the living room area- however, it was not.

The hotel itself wasn’t dirty but the 2 bedroom suite that my family stayed in was not at all acceptable. The dishes, coffee cups had dirty coffee rings in the cabinet, food still on the utensils in the drawer. Mold around the sink drains, showers. Half used rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms with no extra rolls anywhere to be found. Same for paper towels in kitchen. No tiny dishsoap to clean dishes or a sponge in a full kitchen suite that was furnished with dirty “clean” dishes in the cabinets and drawers.
