Everything about my stay was amazing. Staff was outstanding.

Enjoyed my stay and the property, the area surrounding it isn’t the best road conditions, lots of potholes. The staff weren’t the most friendly besides that, my stay was pleasant.

Great place great breakfast, lots of room in the rooms. Walls need some cleaning otherwise was a great room. Would choose again especially for a extended stay. Very reasonably priced

I had a great stay. My family loved our suite and everything was clean and perfect for us. Breakfast good. There was a gentleman that checked us in and he was great. I forgot his name but he was amazing. Very nice!

Checked in right before the blizzard hit Kansas City. The staff were super helpful and very attentive. They offered great service all the way through the blizzard and on into the following two days. Couldn't have asked for a better experience during this miserable storm. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very friendly staff. Perfect for what we needed when flights were cancelled because of an ice storm. Little kitchenette allowed us to feed the kids without going out.

Thomas and Holly are very kind and we felt very well taken care of. Cranberry and orange muffin lady was the best!!! So sweet and the muffins hit the spot! We were very please with all aspects of this hotel!

It was a quick stay. Very clean. We needed a pack n play for our infant. It was in great shape & clean as well. Would definitely stay here again.

There were used paper plates and napkins under the table in front of the couch when we checked in.

My problem was only with Hotels.com who did not CANCEL my re-booked reservation. I will never rebook through this web-site. If you PAY for the right for early cancel and hotels.com doesn’t notify the hotel then you are out of luck. You have to pay for the hotel room THEY did not cancel. BUYER BEWARE! Then hotel.com doesn’t list a phone number to call to straighten this mess out. Now I have got to go back through the reservations I’ve made, cancelled, rebooked and untangle the mess.
