Great staff!

The staff were nice, but the property is dated and needs lots of TLC. In our room, the electric window curtains were ripped and non-functional, shower looked a bit dirty and some of the floor tile had cracks, beds weren't very comfortable, the bedroom TV didn't work, and the ceiling fan barely spun. Overall, just an okay property if you want to be near the airport.

The basketball court was an added bonus for my teenager. 24 hour gym and the pool were also a bonus.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Our stay was very nice. The room was very comfortable, and very clean. Close to restaurants and stores.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Used bar of soap in shower, very noisy. We left a day early

Housekeeping entered my room. No knocking or announcing who they were. I was in a towel as I'd just gotten out of the shower. I look out the bedroom door and see 2 people in my doorway, they immediately closed the door. I called the front desk, who apologized and said they would have a talk with that floors supervisor. Nothing else was spoken about it for the rest of the stay. If your room.is facing the courtyard, then it will not be a quiet vacation. Kids and teens constantly playing basketball, and swimming. People out till 2 am talking and being loud. People running up and down the hallways. A house keeper used the room next to mine to plug in a vacuum cleaner to "clean" the hallway at 9:30 pm. The AC worked really well. Sounds like jet engine fans are used to push the air into the room. Not even turning the TV up drowns it out, cause then the TV is blaring. If I do ever go back to this property I will ask for a room not facing the courtyard. 2 stars for a comfy bed, and breakfast taco bar.

Location is good on north side of KC. Good size for 3 adults…appreciated ceiling fan in bedroom. Loved the Wednesday night appetizers and wine. Pool area is great but water in pool was freezing….

The room was disgusting, stained sheets, dirty bathroom sticky floors we checked out the next day after having it booked for 4 days

As always it’s the best stay! Always clean and comfortable!

Overnight stay for a morning flight the next day. It was the only hotel available for our family of 5. Staff was kind, easy check in, decent lobby and breakfast. Room was underwhelming. Low popcorn ceilings made it feel very dated. The light switches were in odd places. The air conditioning was incredibly loud, but not as loud as the people outside our room all hours of the night. Our kids couldn’t sleep, even with noise machines going. Outside smelled like weed. The beds were tiny, but not uncomfortable. It just felt very dated and needs an upgrade.

Beautiful facility lovely room

My sister and I speak the night here waiting for my brother to arrive the next day. After a long drive up from Texas, this room was a delight!

First off, the staff were very kind and helpful and did a great job assisting us. However, the physical state of the property is just falling apart. Not working: 1st room AC was out (80 degrees in the room), would have just opened windows, but there were no screens and there were wasp/hornets all over the roof line and windows, so we didn't want to invite them in. Pure filter wouldn't turn on (?) And the room had a strange smell, maybe an animal/pet? 2nd room thermometer battery needed replacing, not a big deal, but it is a good thing to check. A lot of water damage to balcony doors, and generally run down room. Pool was out of order, glad we didn't come over earlier in the day. A notification would have been helpful. I realize it is difficult to maintain these old properties, but since you asked me to share, I hope it is helpful.
