Beautiful hotel located close to downtown Omaha. Located near the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. We were able visit the Wicked Rabbit Speakeasy next door- which was amazing. Great stay, great staff and great location. Highly recommend.

The hotel was cute, and the room was pretty nice and very clean. Staff were subpar. For one, I had a couple suitcases and no one offered to help me with them. The doorman didn’t even bother to open the door and just sat in his seat, next to the door, while I struggled to get my stuff in and out (door wasn’t accessible so no option for automatic open). Also, while checking in, the few staff members were loudly badmouthing other guests right next to the person checking me in. I heard everything that was said loud and clear. While it is very understandable to be frustrated at work, especially in a service industry setting, this behavior is extremely inappropriate to in front of other guests.

When we entered, our room it was vibrating, and the noise level was deafening. The conditions were so bad that we had to request an alternative room. The hotel was sold out, so we were forced to relocated to another hotel out of the area. While checking out, the front desk manager mentioned that they NEVER rented that room, and he was unsure why they had. We had had the reservation for over two months and still ended up in the room they dont rent because the proximity to the mechanical room is a known issue.

Location was exceptional for the Orpheum and Just a short walk to the Old Msrket, Art Deco decor, lovely! Quiet room. Bathroom lighting could be better for makeup application. Bed was soft, Overall recommend. Lovely staff.

We tried to check in at 4 and our rooms were not ready. We had travelled all day to get there and were due at a wedding in 90 minutes.
Our room had a weird bump requiring us to take three steps up and three steps back down to get to our bed. It is an accident waiting to happen. If you are looking to sue somebody, stay in room 732!
