Very unique hotel that is well appointed and very comfortable. The only complaint is some traffic/city noise, but that’s beyond their control. Price is very reasonable for what you get.

We LOVED that the hotel was located directly across from the Orpheum because we were in town for a show. However, we were disappointed how dirty downtown was. We are used to the Old Market area and this was a much different vibe.
The staff was excellent and made us feel very welcome. However, the room was starting to show wear and tear.

We got there about 8:30pm. Didn't know where to park and noticed a paid parking lot across the street. We parked there and paid $15 for one day. Upon evening the hotel the front desk person said "if you leave you car in that lot you may be towed. It's happened to others, even others who have paid." My wife suggested they let folks know this beforehand. We wasted $15. Moved our vehicle to the street instead. Want happy about eating money like this. The hotel can be pro active about this and they weren't.

The over all stay was good, it had stormed that night and the rain was beating against the side of the building pretty hard. It ended up leaking into our room, and I woke up with some of the floor and the rug sopping wet. I went to the front desk to let them know the situation. They were more than accommodating, offering to switch rooms. Which I had politely declined because it was about 3am and we were out the door pretty early. Also asked if I had needed anything else before I headed back upstairs. Over the stay was not terrible. Despite what had happened we would return back.

This hotel was beautiful. We missed out on the on-site restaurant due to the holiday. I would recommend paying for valet so you don't have to search for parking. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would stay again.

We were always warmly greeted. A shuttle was available to and from the airport. The hallways are dark and painted black but the rooms are brighter. We are glad we stayed.

The room was nice, staff was friendly and it was in walking distance to anything downtown. They also offer valet at 25$ per day which made it easy to not have to look for parking spots. :) Breakfast was also pretty good!!!

Ok hotel. Clearly older property, which is ok, but felt older. Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. Bar was not approachable. Location was questionable. Lots of ‘activity’ around the hotel. Felt safe-ish, but our standards are high. So… ok hotel.
