Real option.
Lighting in bathroom was so dark and dim. Room was dusty needs a thorough cleaning. Electrical fire hazard under the nightstands as so many plugs into an extender that’s not to code.

Loved it and the restaurant downstairs, excellent food, service, as well as staff is very knowledgeable about activities around town. Loved the valet service, extremely patient and friendly, especially with a heatwave. A/c in room was already going and room was a pleasant 70 degrees.

Overall, a disappointing experience. Water pressure in our fifth floor room was inadequate for normal use of bathroom sink and shower. Exterior window had large crack throughout window pane. Door to our room did not close fully and, therefore, did not lock securely. (Any hotel staff entering the room would have been aware of this condition.) Hallways were quite dark. Hotel lobby staff was indifferent to our presence throughout our two-day stay. Car valet service was friendly and prompt. Hotel location relative to Orpheum Theater was excellent. However, location alone would not cause us to stay here again.

The front desk workers were excellent, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a good location and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The room we stayed in could use more lighting and couch was too low and uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. Overall a good stay!
