Staff was amazing! Hotel was very proactive in addressing an unforeseen issue with the entire building water main break. Resulting in loss of water. Sasha,Maryna,Rigel and Niki all worked together ensuring a very comfortable stay. Even the maintenance manager on duty remained calm and committed to resolving issue. I will book here just for their commitment to quality customer care.

Hotel was great for the price. Close to Michigan and there’s plenty of food options that are walking distance. Rooms are ok, they could use a fridge and microwave for those who like to reheat their food or store any groceries they may buy if staying for a few days. (This is a preference). Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Start of trip not great after day 2 the Air Con started to annoy us as it was loud and kept on switching itself off. Spoke to maintenance and Alberto came to check. Offered us a change of room and from Day 3 onwards all was good.
Staff attentive and wanted to help.
Lack of a kettle in room forced us to as for multiple cups of hot water during visit.

Two things are what I wish would have been different: 1). When I got there the front desk alerted us to the fact that there was an additional per night city tax or convenience fee because we used a third party (hotels.com) this fee added an additional $100 to our bill. 2). The drain on the only sink was semi clogged which made using it difficult.
