Love the location of this property as it is close to the train stations. Rooms were clean and had a nice large fridge to hold waters and leftovers. Really cool that the hotel offers coffee and fresh fruit in the lobby in the mornings.

Their motto “natural and happy” really fits. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the natural touches like natural soaps and cucumber mint infused water made it a comfortable, happy place to stay. An oasis in a hot city.

I would give them a five star but housekeeping threw away my rather expensive electric toothbrush. We had changed rooms and I accidentally left my toothbrush in the room we stayed in when we first arrived.
Also they need to find a better system with the shower. The water splashes everywhere onto the bathroom floor. Maybe put sliding glass doors to prevent water splashes when showering.
Otherwise Maryna was excellent with serving us our drinks and giving directions to Chinatown. Other staff were very helpful and friendly as well with checking us in early, and keeping our bags at the front desk when we didn’t have to leave for the airport yet. The complimentary water was nice to have on hot days.

Alright firstly, we arrived at 12 and check-in is at 3, we asked if it was possible to check in early. They told us that the room is ready, but there is a $30 charge to check in early. I guess it's normal to pay a $30 fee for early check in but in my experience usually that is when the room isn't quite ready yet so it's an "expedite" fee. In this case we were just charged $30 extra to literally enter a perfectly ready hotel room... And if you don't want to pay that fee, you can leave your bags with the desk for $5/bag (backpack is considered separate as well)... So it's just inconvenient to get there early at all because you'll either have to pay $30 to check in early or pay $20 for the hotel to watch 4 bags. Very "nickel and dime" kind of vibe.
The room was super small... there was a $5 water bottle in the room, even though water is included in resort fee?? But no water refill stations in the halls... sooooo I don't know how you're supposed to just get some water without paying $5-$10/day. Again with the nickel and diming.
We called the front desk for lotion and it didn't come for 30 mins until we called again, someone came right away. Later we called down to ask for a blanket because the comforter and sheets are very thin. We were told we needed to come down to get the blanket. Most uncomfortable blanket ever!!! It was like a moving blanket, not a soft pleasant one.
Lastly the shower head wasn't screwed in correctly so the water pressure was abysmal.

This hotel was just perfect! The staff were all very friendly, especially service desk. The rooms were well stocked. The room was a bit small, but it didn't bother us. Within walking distance to everything! Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a great experience ❤️
