It’s located in great walkable location …but it felt like I was staying in a dorm. The room was much smaller than anticipated, as was the bed. This property boasts that it is eco friendly and having stayed at other better eco friendly locations honestly it just feels like they being are cheap. I paid extra for a high floor…and my view was of another hotel. There is a fee if you want a refrigerator, there is a steamer instead of an iron, there was no housekeeping and on the weekends you hear very loud club music. This not a budget hotel. It wasn’t awful but its nothing to write home about.

Rooms were infested with bed bugs, staff did very little to accommodate us other than moving rooms and refunding one night. Both rooms were infested with bed bugs, house keeping never came when requested didn’t reimburse for cleaning of our items.

Newly renovated, mostly clean, tiny room, easy to get uber, parking ramp across street ($50/day), walkable to food, safe, but some unhoused around, $27 additional fee assessed, coffee in lobby, not in room, no fridge in room, loud outside, decent bed, kind staff. Our shower had terrible water pressure. Reasonable price for downtown Chicago.

The front desk staff was stellar! I cannot remember her name but she was training a new woman. She was amazing. They both were. She answered ALL of my many questions with grace and kindness. She was professional and helpful with recommendations for city dining as well. Thank you! I will be visiting again!

Very clean but room was very small. We were told that the bed would be a queen size but actually it was a full size! Upon checking out, an unexpected "hotel fee" of $67 was taken from our $100 deposit!
