The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, but the photos are misleading. The rooms are extremely small, and ours faced a brick wall. The property felt more like an office building converted into a hotel, with tiled ceilings reminiscent of office spaces. The air conditioning was very loud, made odd noises, and didn’t cool the room properly—it seemed to cycle on and off like it was in energy saver mode, but without effectively cooling. Renovations and paintwork in the room also appeared sloppy. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location and provided a clean place to sleep each night. However, the photos on Expedia and the hotel’s website do not reflect the reality. Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend it.

My room did not have the best view, but all else was great!

I booked a king room, & was asked about upgrading to a king room on the top floor with a city view for a small fee. I agreed, and upon going to our new room we quickly found out the toilet would not flush. We went back down (maybe 30mins after we checked in) to inform them of the issue, & were told no one could fix it so we were downgraded to a queen room (not offered our original king booking). other than this, the facility was nice/clean enough and the staff was great. Still very close to shopping but was one of the quietest streets i’ve stayed on in chicago.

My niece and I loved it here! Staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed the scent of the bathroom toiletries. Nice view of city from our room. Convenient location with lots of good restaurants close by. Not far to get to train. Love that they allow dogs & cats. (We didn’t bring our dogs but it was nice to see a dog there). Very quiet room. Wasn’t the typical loud hallways and slamming doors situation. Would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel itself was very nice and spacious, the only downside was that, everytime we'd shower, the floor would get super wet due to how the shower was built.

Not sure why we are getting charged for things that are usually included like a safe in the room and other random things. It’s 30 something dollars a day. The rooms are very basic with no closet space or place to put your clothes. Just not what I’m used to. Definitely would not stay here again. They charge u $5 per bag if u want them to hold your bag but didn’t notify me and just charged my card. There aren’t any real amenities to pay the extra $30 a day for.

Nice place

HVAC was really loud, the hallways were poorly finished. It was OK but for what we paid, we could have made a better choice.

Valet way to expensive , rooms small, dirty sheets , bad pillows. Room was not worth the price. No reason additonal hotel/resort fee.

Great property. Clean and convenient. Only unsightly thing is that there was a dirty t shirt laying in the hallway that nobody seemed to pick up.

EXTREMELY SMALL ROOMS. No closets. Literally bumped my knee on the bed frame everytime i went to the bathroom.

Great location but parking was expensive. The room itself was nice, but definitely not four star. The shower did not work correctly throughout the duration of our stay. This was communicated to the staff and was told main. Would take care of it. Unfortunately, the shower pressure remained nonexisitent and
