I had an amazing stay at Hotel Felix! The entire staff was warm, professional, and truly made me feel welcome. A special thank you to Sasha, Mayryna, and Rachel, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care stood out and made my experience unforgettable. I can honestly say this is the best staff I’ve ever encountered in the hospitality industry. I highly recommend Hotel Felix and look forward to returning!

Very disappointed & upset that the hotel called me an hour before I was taking my flight to let me know they couldn't honor my reservation due to some leaks. They did not help me with in finding another hotel in that area. I had to find an Airbnb at the last minute!

This hotel is very basic and in a good location. Our room was by the elevator and it was incredibly loud. I expected city noise but not the disturbingly loud creaking sounds of an elevator in the wall next to us. I wouldn't stay again or pay extra to not stay in those rooms. They also don't seem to have a system for the drinks included in the booking. It was a hassle to get out every time. The room was clean and they were responsive when the toilet flushing chain broke.
