Hotel Fera Anaheim a DoubleTree by Hilton

We are honor members for Hilton . We used hotel.com before and have had no issues with our stay being linked ahead of our reservation date and time to our Hilton app. It makes it easier to check in on the app and have a digital key ready. Plus , everything is paid ahead of time. This time around, Hilton refused to link my reservation to my Hilton members app and was unable to check in ahead of time or get a digital key . We also had to leave a deposit when all fees were already paid for in advance through hotels.com. We also did not get our points for our stay through Hilton either . We will not be using hotel.com again .

Service was not available to clean our room we stayed 4 night we have 2 rooms the only reason we booked this hotel after we confirmed they have connecting rooms because we need 2 rooms for our kids so when we got there they didn’t Have anything available unsatisfied with the stay we wouldn’t stay at this property again

Everything was good except the rooms were so hot it made the stay uncomfortable. AC didn’t work or wasn’t cooling at all so felt hot all night

I was charged for parking even though I did not park there. I called 6 times to have that corrected and each time I was either transferred to a voicemail for a guy named Mark who never returned my calls, or was told a manager is in a meeting and to call back. Still have not received the refund after 6 calls.

Have stayed at Hotel FERA a Double Tree hotel as I’m a Hilton member at least twice prior to the big renovation in 2023, the rooms felt better kept and much more cleaner. We stayed April 26, 2025 for a third time due to a family party nearby and we are from another county so we didn’t want to drive back. The front desk staff was great, the housekeeping and maintenance were very nice and helpful. Lobby was nice, bar was wonderful, as well as outside pond, fire pit, pool, and pickleball area. The problem was the room on the 11th floor. It was effective for resting for one night, but mattress was a bit lumpy, between the bed and side table there was trash that was not picked up and questionable adult wrappers of sorts, as well as under a chair and by the curtains there was a lighter. Microwave didn’t seem too clean either. Wall socket in bathroom only one worked. Previous visits were awesome and rooms were more updated and clean, as well as so close to the outlets and restaurants. This time around was just not impressive at all, average if that I would say due to room quality. Thank you to all who work here, but in the future will try a different hotel for my family.

Additional parking was too far to walk to, since I have a bad knee but other than that everything was great

Great place to stay for the weekend. Nearby shops and dining…always a great experience when staying here!

Loved my stay here

Up until my introduction to Basil at the valet station I was willing to overlook the obvious defects in the service at this hotel. But Basil treated me with a level of disrespect that I've never experienced or expected at a Hilton property. I went to get some food after my business was completed. I had self parked when I originally arrived. When I returned, the self parking lot was full. I decided to pull up to valet as the signs directed me. When I pulled up I was confronted with him, standing by the desk with a confrontational look on his face. My expectation was that he would approach my car. He just stood there staring at me like I was irritating him with my presence. Since he didn't move, I stepped out of my vehicle and went to him. Now I have to mention that the part of the lot reserved for valet might have had 10 cars in it. It was fairly empty. He asked "what do you want". What do I want? You're a valet at my hotel, what do you think I want? I told him I wanted my car parked. He rudely said "the lot's full". I said "looks pretty empty to me" he says "I'm expecting 20 car". I said "from where". He laughed and said "I don't know, wherever our paying guests have gone tonight". I told him I was a paying guest. He said "I mean the real guests who parked in valet earlier". I said "so you're unwilling to park my car" he said "that's what I said". This is a level of terrible attitude and service like I couldn't imagine would ever happen. I could continue but don't have room.

Great Hotel

Property was very well kept. Great walking/driving distance to everything you’d need and more. We traveled to go to Disneyland and it was the perfect location. Would absolutely come again

It was overall a great experience. One thing I wish they had was a microwave.

Very nice hotel. Access and parking was good. We especially liked the self-park option which saved us money in valet tips. Recommend this hotel.
