Very good service and convenient location. Quick drive to Disneyland, supermarket target is just minutes away, I love the convinience.
It’s next to hospital, sometime emergency ambulance come through, but it does not bother my family.
I would definitely go back again.

Hotel was very nice, and had nice outdoor space. The room was comfortable. This is close to Disney so there are a lot of kids and a bit noisy. It is also near a hospital, so we heard a lot of sirens up on the 15th floor. There is no breakfast included in the rate, but there is a coffee shop in the lobby. Parking is $35 per night. Cookies upon check-in delicious!

We are honor members for Hilton . We used hotel.com before and have had no issues with our stay being linked ahead of our reservation date and time to our Hilton app. It makes it easier to check in on the app and have a digital key ready. Plus , everything is paid ahead of time. This time around, Hilton refused to link my reservation to my Hilton members app and was unable to check in ahead of time or get a digital key . We also had to leave a deposit when all fees were already paid for in advance through hotels.com. We also did not get our points for our stay through Hilton either . We will not be using hotel.com again .

Service was not available to clean our room we stayed 4 night we have 2 rooms the only reason we booked this hotel after we confirmed they have connecting rooms because we need 2 rooms for our kids so when we got there they didn’t Have anything available unsatisfied with the stay we wouldn’t stay at this property again

I was charged for parking even though I did not park there. I called 6 times to have that corrected and each time I was either transferred to a voicemail for a guy named Mark who never returned my calls, or was told a manager is in a meeting and to call back. Still have not received the refund after 6 calls.
