Now that I am writing this review, I remember the only issue we had with our room is that our door slammed shut and could hurt someone. I completely forgot to tell the front desk before I checked out. We only stayed one night after a long day at Disney and will definitely be back. The valet is 40.00 a night. Also, self parking is available for 35.00 a night.

Horrible experience with manager Kayla. I was forced into a smoking smelling room, water was shut off during our stay with a few hours of notice. The room smelled dirty and like feet.

The bathroom sink faucet had mold and gunk around it need to change it out not clean it change it. Water pressure in the shower was low barely came out. Towels smelled used they need to be changed out
There is a difference between cleaning and changing it out you can only clean so much before it is time to change out the item and use a new one.

Everything was great. The only thing that was a problem was the AC. The fan was going out and making a lot of noise every time it started. Waking us up throughout the night.

I wish I could give a negative star to my check-in staff. He was not able to find my reservation because I came after midnight then blamed in on my for coming late for my check in with a truly unfriendly manner. His coworker found my reservation and checked me in later. The guest came after me got the same problem but was solved nicely. My checkout was very smooth and nice with Lee fortunately. The property is nice, but I will never come back because of that staff. Parking fee is $35/ night which is also expensive but understandable.
I hope they will improve customer service in future so their guests will not be treated like me.

Very good service and convenient location. Quick drive to Disneyland, supermarket target is just minutes away, I love the convinience.
It’s next to hospital, sometime emergency ambulance come through, but it does not bother my family.
I would definitely go back again.
