It was very clean and very nice. The paying for parking is ridiculous especially since there isn't many places to park there. The only problem the pipe broke and there was no water in the room for an hour or so, so you could flush the toilet, shower, or use the sink. But other then that and the parking thing is was really nice and close to everything. Its also next door to a hospital so you will hear a lot of sirens. But it is nice.

Convenient location. I wish they had offered complimentary bottled water in the room. I went to purchase from the vending machine on my floor, but it was sold out during my entire stay.
The ice machine was also not working properly, so I had to go to a different floor. Luckily that one was working, but the vending machine was also out of water.

This was hands down one of the best hotel stays we’ve had! The location is unbeatable, everything you could possibly need or want to visit is just steps away. Restaurants, shops, attractions you name it, it’s right there.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The check-in was smooth, and the warm WELCOME cookies they handed us? To die for! They were so good, we ended up buying a whole canister to take home.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and we honestly can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
