Im only saying unsafe if you are a single girl walking around alone. In groups. Or on main roads where there are lots of cars and people around then its fine.

Our second room was not ready at check in time (4 pm) but the manager (I did not get his name) acted as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. Claudia was very friendly and pleasant throughout our stay. She was very professional and helpful.

When we checked in we were told there was no parking available due to a wedding going on! We had no choice but to cancel and book another room. Doubletree said to contact Hotels.com for a refund. They state they tried but Doubletree wouldn’t refund one! DO NOT STAY HERE! Double guessing on using Hotels.com anymore and we use them weekly for business

The rooms are modern and quiet, with super comfy beds (seriously, I’ve had some of my best travel sleep here). The location is perfect — minutes from Disneyland, close to great dining, and convenient to the freeway without the noise or chaos. Hotel Fera has earned my loyalty for the past few years, and I’ll continue to choose it every time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

Stayed in room 1015 recently and while it was clean, the shower head water pressure wasn’t strong, and most of the power outlets weren’t working so that was a bit of an issue when trying to blow dry hair in the bathroom. There were only two outlets that worked throughout the entire room. Other than that location and service were great!

Check-in was smooth and quick. Overall room was good. Self-parking was not terribly convenient, nor was it terribly inconvenient, but could have been better.

My rating is largely based on “the little things.” This hotel is clean, nice, the beds are super comfy, the rooms are very quiet (you can’t hear other people at all), and the service is friendly. You get a “free breakfast voucher” for as many people as you check in for (we had two adults so we got two vouchers), but you find out once you get there that they have a 20 dollar value. Breakfast items are minimum 20 max 35, so it’s not really “free” at all. That said: there are things that, as you go around, you find have not been paid proper attention to. The removable part of the shower head was broken (a small insert comes out of the main shower head that you can pull down). It was obvious that it had been that way for awhile and already discovered by housekeeping and reported by others. Each vending machine on every floor was either broken or empty. The hours for breakfast at check in say “630am-11am every morning” and the front desk told us the same the night before, but when we got to breakfast at 1030 am we were told they had just closed. They said brunch would start in a half hour, so long story short we had to sit and wait for that to begin so we could eat. The food for “brunch” was decent, but they try to make it too fancy and it just falls flat. Stick to buttery waffles, cinnamon rolls, and pancakes. Also, “brunch” should offer an array of items, fruit, omelet bar, etc., but it was basically just a mid-tier “second breakfast.” Parking is 35 bucks but the lot was

Convenient location. I wish they had offered complimentary bottled water in the room. I went to purchase from the vending machine on my floor, but it was sold out during my entire stay. The ice machine was also not working properly, so I had to go to a different floor. Luckily that one was working, but the vending machine was also out of water.

It was very clean and very nice. The paying for parking is ridiculous especially since there isn't many places to park there. The only problem the pipe broke and there was no water in the room for an hour or so, so you could flush the toilet, shower, or use the sink. But other then that and the parking thing is was really nice and close to everything. Its also next door to a hospital so you will hear a lot of sirens. But it is nice.
