Wasn’t like how it was presented in booking. There was bugs in our room pretty dusty and dirty had ac issues The parking situation so terrible such small space with cars parking where ever they want leaving no room or having employees enforcing anything’s they weren’t welcoming it wasn’t a place where you wanted to come back to. To be a hotel by Hilton, even without the do not disturb signs, beds weren’t made towels weren’t replaced etc. And to top it off your right next to a hospital so be prepared to be waking up every hour of the night.

Great solo trip and much needed rest! The bar area at night is amazing!

No parking

The hotel was clean, service was excellent from the valet, to the restaurant and reservation desk. The beds and bed linens were very comfortable. Self parking is close. I would definitely stay there again.

I always stay here and it's always a good stay. close by to disney and has shuttles and easy parking. there's also a walkable shopping center near by.

Comfy spacious room. Would request a room not facing the Main Street next visit. A lot of traffic noise.

I will start with the good, I booked a suit and the room was perfect! I loved it and I loved the restaurant! The waiters were really nice and the food is pretty good! The things I was not a fan of is that, the air in the room (if you are a hot sleeper, if there is no movement it will shut off and you would have to sit up or move around to get it to come back on and I didn’t like that. The towels are very very hard! The men out in the front weren’t all that nice and the lady at the coffee place had an attitude about something she didn’t charge me for. The elevator is aweful! It’s the type where you push the floor your on and it tells you what elevator to get on, that’s no fun when there is 12 other people waiting for the elevator and it puts them on the same one as you smh. Also the parking gate didn’t always work so that was no fun. I won’t be coming back just on the elevators alone. I ended up mainly taking the stairs, which you had to take around the back side, and it was still faster than the elevator.

Terrible day filthy rooms. I would never stay again. I am upset at this app for not posting the real photos of the room. I would love a refund.

Upon arrival chris from valet was very disrespectful, works in hospitality but lacks hospitality. Check in was good (nice staff trying to accommodate me after bad encounter with chris) manager never reached out so I had to make complaint on my own time. Elevators weren’t working, rooms were okay, bathroom super outdated. Don’t think I’d come back

Its okay, nothing special about this property. Next to a hospital so lots of ambulance sirens all day and night

As part of the booking, I paid for breakfast to be included. But, I'm still charged for breakfast and very poor to no response from hotel management on this when asked why I was charged extra.

Elevator was always an issue. Only 2 of 4 working Waited 15 minutes one night to get on Elevator! The pool was nice, the food in restaurant was good. The valet was always fast and friendly. Check in was fast (maybe too fast). The rooms were clean. Make sure you ask for extra towels as we only got 2
