Only stayed one night, but would stay again and would enjoy a longer stay. Property and rooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby is very pleasant -- I love the atmosphere. The little pond outside is tranquil and really makes you feel removed from the hustle and bustle of this part of Orange County (near theme parks). A little oasis. Pool is heated and pleasant. My kids really wanted to get in the pool even though the weather wasn't very warm the morning we were there, but the pool water was nice and warm, so we were able to have fun in the pool. Hot tub could be just a tad hotter for adults, but good for kids.

The elevator was extremely slow and often out of order, which was very inconvenient, i had requested a room with a bathtub, but when i got to the room, it only had a shower. When I asked to change the room, the front desk staff took a long time to respond, and their attitude made me feel uncomfortable.”

Wasn’t like how it was presented in booking. There was bugs in our room pretty dusty and dirty had ac issues The parking situation so terrible such small space with cars parking where ever they want leaving no room or having employees enforcing anything’s they weren’t welcoming it wasn’t a place where you wanted to come back to. To be a hotel by Hilton, even without the do not disturb signs, beds weren’t made towels weren’t replaced etc. And to top it off your right next to a hospital so be prepared to be waking up every hour of the night.

The hotel was clean, service was excellent from the valet, to the restaurant and reservation desk. The beds and bed linens were very comfortable. Self parking is close. I would definitely stay there again.
