Wonderful staff from valet to front desk ! Welcoming hotel and our go to hotel when doing a weekend Disney trip. Very clean and safe . The view was amazing ! Had a view that can see Disneyland . Great stay ! Highly recommend when visiting OC (:

Very beautiful hotel

It was a comfy bed, a large TV, and it had a cafe, a restaurant and a bar. There was also a lovely area outside with clean water and ducks swimming, then the pool was next to that. The hotel provided pool towels which was also great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no extractor fan in the bathroom so it got all steamed up. The mirror had a demister which helped. The bonus for me was that it was close to everything and I had a view of the Disney fireworks every night from my room.

I booked the Presidential Suite at Hotel Fera expecting a smooth arrival, but it became one of the worst check-in experiences I have had. At 315 pm I was told the room would be ready in 30 minutes. By 3:45 p.m. it still was not ready. In that time I watched many other guests check in without delay. I booked the top room and yet was treated as if my time and business did not matter. When I asked about the delay, the supervisor Tony Tokapu, laughed at me, scoffe and would not make eye contact. His demeanor was dismissive, degrading, and unprofessional. This was not just poor service it was disrespect. No guest should be laughed at for asking about a promised check-in time. I felt embarrassed and singled out for raising a reasonable concern I was also made to feel like I did not belong at this hotel. The attitude I encountered suggested I was being judged on appearance which is insulting and discriminatory. I can afford the Presidential Suite without issue but that does not mean I should have to defend my right to be here. Every guest should be treated with courtesy and respect. Instead I was treated like garbage by someone in a leadership role Hotel Fera should be embarrassed to have Tony Tokapu as a supervisor. His behavior reflects poorly on the entire property and ruined the start of my stay. Until management addresses this conduct and ensures it does not happen again I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. Guests deserve better Absolutely unacceptable

Amazing hotel, great proximity from attractions and clean. Bar is conveniently placed next to the clean swimming pool/hut tub.

Very nice hotel. Room was nicer than i expected definitely worth the price. Only thing I didn’t like was the $35 parking fee but even then the room was worth getting! And the free cookie at arrival was amazing.

The water was luke warm every night. The vents were very noisy and lots of sirens at night. Bed was decent. About a 10 minute drive to Disney parks.

We enjoyed our trip and accommodation was perfect.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay was pleasant and we loved our room.

Hotel is within walking distance to outlet stores and many restaurants. Try the Pomodoro at the restaurant downstairs. You won’t be disappointed. Our room was a bit dated but gets the job done.

We rented the Presidential suite for a family birthday party. My wife and i were the primary occupants, with our family joining us for lunch and the small party. The suite was quite spacious, with a dining area, living room, and wet bar, complete with a wine fridge, microwave, and bar sink. Even basic dining essentials were provided. The bedroom was very large with a king size bed and the en suite was massive with a separate dressing area, a 6'x6' shower and wc. There is also a half bath in the main living area. We had breakfast 2 mornings and the offerings were very good. We also took part in enjoying the pool and hot tub. We took in an Angels/Cubs game Saturday evening and the hotel is within walking distance of the stadium. Although we didn’t go there, i understand a shuttle to and from Disneyland is offered.

A clean and attractive hotel with friendly employees and within walking distance to Angel Stadium.
