Everyone there is excellent customer service! All the way from the front desk, the valet, the bar, and the housekeeping. This is an amazing hotel, so friendly I can’t even begin to say Awesome in the front desk people are.

Great stay. Everyone was so friendly. Bar staff, front desk and restaurant servers. Room was awesome and the hotel amenities are top notch. Only complaint I have is $28.50 for a glass of wine??? That is a little crazy.

Desk clerk Claudia, (AM staff) was very rude and dismissive to both me and my spouse. We have chosen to stay at the FERA DoubleTree in Anaheim on several occasions for prior events. However, after our last visit to your hotel, I will gladly take my business elsewhere We were shocked and saddened by the staff assistance's attitude and behavior. And, immediately recognized other available options within the same area we will use from henceforth. Be well, Ernest Broaden

Overall I’d say it was a “good” stay. Some issues I didn’t appreciate were the AC being as noisy as it was all night and waking us. Extremely loud and almost shaky sound. My biggest concern however is the parking, it’s not advertised but you’ll still have to pay $35-$40 fee for parking that’s not advertised on the hotel price. Oh yea! You also have to be sure to ASK about your breakfast “voucher”. They won’t tell you about it unless you ask them. If you don’t, you mind end up payin for breakfast out of pocket plus the add on.

Super ultra modern hotel with a fancy elevator system distanced from Disneyland. Parking is sometimes painful especially with park goers using personal cars rather than the shuttle. The overflow parking structure is a half block over and also gets crowded. I ended up parking on the 3rd or 4th level when the main lot was full. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place git you. UCI medical had inbound ambulances all through the night that you can hear as if the windows were open. Luckily no helicopter stops the 2 nights I was there.

The room was not clean. Bedding was not changed evened though requested. Appliances in room covered in thick dust. Carpet is filthy. Beds are not standard size. Too small to fit two people and extremely uncomfortable
