I like the hotel’s styling the most. Friendly staff. Not far from the shopping center and other action in downtown LA. The price was decent.

The hotel is in a great location, the design and aesthetic is beautiful l. Upon arrival valet was disorganized l. Check in went smoothly and front desk was friendly and informative. Really think for the price point the hotel could afford large bottles of free water. Hotel room design was amazing, room was clearly well maintained and everything was comfortable. Room service was prompt and friendly. Food was ‘ok’ a bit on the greasy side for both dinner and breakfast. Only thing two things off putting were 1. No way to reach anyone at 6a the phone just said there was no connection. 2. No where to get a fresh cup of coffee at 6a as well for those of us who are early birds. Valet was prompt for departure, wish the valet didnt drive so far away from where I was standing as I was carrying two large paintings…. Would have been nice if he just stopped where I was and there were zero cars impeding his ability to do so, and he parked super close to the center planter making it challenging to get in the car LOL.

Very nice, super short walk to the crypto arena and overall felt super safe! would stay here again for another concert at crypto

Air conditioning could be quieter

The showers was dirty and the water did not get warm or hot room floors was very dirty

Room 817 had no hot water. It was luke-warm at best.

Esthetics of the room were contemporary and I liked how clean the hotel was all around. Slept comfortably each night.

Very loud vibrating noise from the pipes in the bathroom everyday. Called front desk with no resolution to the issue. Said they would send maintenance but no one ever showed up. We had 3 different rooms in our group and they had the same issue. Other than that, great location near LA Live and very cute hotel.

This was a beautiful modern property! Loved it!!

First time staying here, it was absolutely wonderful! It's the prefect location for attending the Grammy Awards. Staff is amazing. Hotel has so much character and charm. Would definitely stay here again!

For the price, the property seemed somewhat run down. Dirty carpet in the lobby. Worn flooring in the rooms. Some of the furniture in the room looked older. Bathroom counter was not completely clean on arrival. The most disappointing thing was the AC in the room apparently wasn't working and a portable unit was in the room. It was vented to the outside via the window and the open sides were duct taped allowing a lot of noise from the street below in addition to the rather noisy portable unit. Staff was friendly. The lobby bar had some good unique drinks.

Had an event at the orphium a few blocks away. This was a great spot for a nice walk to our event as well as a great central location for us to go to LACMA, and some really great dinners. Not far from the airport

Cute boutique feel, but clearly in need of updates. The room was a good size for 3 of us and decently appointed, but the furniture was very worn and the air unit broken. A portable unit was installed with black duct tape up the sides of the window, which let in outdoor smells (not good) from time to time. Good thing we had a purifier!

Very convenient location to stay near the staples center to events. Walking distance. Very nice scenery of glass windows in room. Nice bathroom . Room air was hard to adjust for comfort.
