Hotel Indigo LOS ANGELES DOWNTOWN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

This was a good stay for my family and I for a weekend. Everything was great except for the furniture in our room was really beat up and scratched. Apart from that, the hotel is nice and was walkable distance to Crypto Arena.

Was in town for a short vacation. Saw the Lakers at the Crypto Arena (formerly Staples Center) which was less than 10 minutes away. Very convenient location and close to public transit both bus and rail, you can even rent an electric scooter if you'd like. Hotel was clean and quite, slept decent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is close to restaurants, stores, and crypto.com arena. It’s in a clean, quite and safe area of DTLA. Only disadvantage is that the parking cost is over the moon so be mindful of this if you need to park your vehicle.

Parking concierge was challenged

Room was dirty when we arrived. Housekeeper took my nephew’s towel and when we asked about it in the reception, the hotel sent to hotel staff to give us used towels… I asked about it… and they never provided an answer

My favorite hotel in LA

The Hotel Indigo was lovely--modern, nice bar area and friendly staff. It was a great value as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Left my jewelry and they didn’t do they best to get it back

Hotel location within walking distance to shopping center . Coffee within feet distance . Aesthetic very pleasing and relaxing . Pool and lounging area a plus

I didn’t get all my $400 deposit back even though we made no damage, used no parking, nor any add in fees. I’ll be calling tomorrow in the morning to check. AC wasn’t working, fridge smelled bad, headboard were chipped and old, floor had moled, etc

Place was nice, in a good area. The valet guys were about the only thing that was phenomenal. Friendly, and didn’t hesitate to charge my car at all. Very pleased there. However, other parts of the Hotel were extremely disappointing. Got two drinks at the bar for myself and my Wife. Two small servings of Don Julio Anejo and a Grey Goose cranberry. Small servings, may I remind you. Total came out to $48, and they automatically charged gratuity, so it was $63. Absolutely criminal. On top of that, the front desk mentioned we get $10 off at the bar for every night we stay, and nope. Never got that $10 off my final invoice. Next, I called guest services in the morning for fresh towels. Two hours later, still nothing, and when I called guest services, they had no recollection of me asking for towels to begin with. I requested again, and still nothing. We had to leave to begin our day. I know the valet fee was stated on the site prior to booking, but still, $54 a night for parking is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. In addition, this whole “destination fee” of $30 a night is again, criminal and ridiculous. Like, what is a damn destination fee anyway?! I get it. It’s a different time we live in. But knowing this, there’s no way in hell I’m staying here again, and you shouldn’t neither. There are better hotels in LA. Pathetic.

Nice vibe. Great rooms. Good views . Right in the heart of LA.

Beautiful, clean, and excellent service. (The lobby bar was a particular highlight.) The location is also right in the heart of Downtown LA, and if your trip is based in the neighborhood, this is the place to stay. The next time I stay in DTLA, I’ll certainly be staying here!

Excellent service staff. Had some issues with the room on the first night but the front desk helped to change the next day. Walking distance to crypto.com arena.

Hotel was in a good location with shopping and dining close by.

The room wasn’t entirely clean and a bit run down. We also got surprised with several fees. Location is decent and the staff was particularly attentive outside of a check in text.
