Hotel Indigo LOS ANGELES DOWNTOWN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Desk staff all were welcoming and helpful

Gentleman who was at the valet stand late night 5/27 was too busy on his phone to notice my friends and I struggling with the door used to enter the hotel. He was NOT the gentleman who valet parked our car. He was just sitting at the valet stand eating and on his phone. Check out on 5/28 was ok. Valet brought our car around and watched us (4 women) struggle to load our suitcases into the trunk. Rooms could use a touch up. Furniture is old and peeling. Floors scratched up and dirty. Staff was somewhat friendly but you could tell they didn't want to be there. Sad to say, I would not stay here again.

Centrally located Walking distance to Crypto Arena and Grand Central Market A short drive to Little Tokyo Great bartender Valet is very convenient

I think over all this is a pretty nice property. Overall I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars. The exterior, common areas and hallways are very nice. The rooms show some wear and tear. The staff was very nice. One other negative is the 60.00 parking a night. I was not happy with this.

Stayed here to see a King’s game. The hotel is great. Beautiful property and really lovely and comfortable rooms. Excellent customer service too. Plus it’s very walkable.

Easy check-in, updated / clean rooms and great option if staying overnight downtown Los Angeles.

We have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed are stay. Some features in the room are starting to look warn down. The pool area is nice. The theme of the hotel is cool

someone at the Hotel charged my card $125.00 when i paid cash for everything the deposit was supposed to only be$139.00 for incidentals but when i get there i paid $400 which i’m still waiting to receive, there very very Over Priced and misleading i wouldn’t stay there ever again and i wouldn’t if i were you.

Overall staying at Indigo was great, I’d give it 4 out of 5. The only issue we had was that they wouldn’t allow late checkout due to “being at capacity” but the hotel itself is in a great area, the rooms are really nice and we had a beautiful view. I do believe I’d stay here again.

The rooms are so beautiful and clean. We had so much space in a corner room. The staff was really friendly and helpful with any queations or requests. The pool was small but enough room for a few couples/families. In the middle of summer, you might want a little more room. I would recommend adding microwaves to the roooms for folks staying more than a few days. Noise wasn't a problem for us at all. The temperature in the room was easy to control and adjust.

The room furniture and bed frame were old and damaged. I asked for towels and new sheets twice in one day and never got them after the staff both times told me they would take them up to the room. I let the front desk know of this at check out and not once did it the guy apologize for the inconveniente. Wouldn’t stay here again
