Great hotel

The place is awesome. This is my second stay. The upstairs bar and view is second to nothing. I got a late check out and they held my bags for the day after was nice. More staffing to run the downstairs bar and there was no lunch or dinner one day with no staff. For the price an airport shuttle would be nice as Uber is almost not a thing in TC.

Extremely nice hotel with rooftop bar that over looks the bay. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

The Hotel Indigo was lovely -- comfortable room with all the amenities. The rooftop bar/restaurant was lovely with a gorgeous view and good food. It was a nice hotel, but I'm not sure I'd stay there again just because it is so pricey.

The staff was so friendly. They have a valet for all car parking. We were able to park tall car in front.

It was very close to the beach and to town for shopping/restaurants. Coffee shop across the street was great! Roof top bar did not disappoint either!

Liked the proximity to restaurants and shops. Nice area. Services at hotel were below par compared to less expensive hotels. My room was completely missed as far as clean towels and trash removal, very basic. Most times, could not reach any department by phone.

Great hotel, only wish it had a pool or beach access.

Nice location and good food at the Kitchen. Very loud due to the roof top bar crowd though. Roof leaked into the fitness room which was a bummer. The guys at the Valet were super friendly and attentive. Great pillows. Rooftop bar is nice just too crowded and noisy.

Doesn’t ever seem to be enough staff. Each night only one person working the bar and restaurant. On the first night, my group left after waiting too long to even get water. On another night, I was ready to leave and pay the check but the bartender/waiter had left to go deliver room service. We had three rooms booked and were asked each day if we wanted housekeeping and all said yes, but two of the rooms were never cleaned for 2 days. The other was only cleaned once. What’s the point in asking if you’re not going to clean? One morning I had an early departure, and I had to wait for the valet who also seemed to be the front desk clerk. I kept describing it as the Dollar General of hotels. There only ever seemed to be a few people running the entire hotel. And don’t get me started on the group of kids running around the hotel without adult supervision. At one point they were sitting on the elevator floor and riding it up and down. Then proceeded to jump and play around downstairs in the lobby and restaurant area. When I booked this hotel, I thought it may be a good option for another group trip later this summer, but I will definitely not be staying here again.

The location was perfect. Across the street overlooking lake michigan and just 1 block from front street. Nice rooftop bar and everyone was very nice and helpful. Lake view rooms are a little noisy from the traffic but close all the shades at night and it muffles it enough. Valet parking took all of 2 minutes to get your car. Great stay!
